The platforms operated by Mobinova LTD are intended strictly for users aged 18 and above.
We apply age-related checks and do not allow minors to access our services. We apply internal guidelines regarding:
- 18+ access policies
- Moderation of profiles, images and messages
- Handling of reports of abuse or unwanted behaviour
- Protection of personal data in line with applicable privacy legislation
Financial transactions on our platforms are processed by a regulated payment service provider (PSP) within the European Union. This PSP has its own KYC and AML procedures. Mobinova LTD receives periodic payouts from this PSP and does not conduct any cash transactions with users.
By clearly separating platform operation and payment processing, we aim to offer a transparent, auditable and secure structure for users, partners and financial institutions.
